Programmed Services

Our garden maintenance services are provided in a structured and predictable manner. We negotiate with clients to settle on an appropriate time for visits where disruption can be kept to minimum. Visits are calendarized to suit the requirements of each property. The result is that our gardeners arrive to properties when they are due a service and not to find that they are drastically overgrown or, conversely, hardly in need of a service.

We provide ongoing maintenance to commercial, industrial and strata properties. We also offer programmed fertiliser and wetter soil treatment twice a year, as well as schedules for mulching and aerating, vertimowing and top dressing, on a seasonal basis.

Reticulation is also checked, maintained and serviced (or reported) as part of the programmed service of every property. For more, see Irrigation.
